Jen,

I'm so glad that you found something to help you! It is amazing how "simple" plants can work more deeply and completely than pharmaceuticals. It's so wonderful to find out that health does not always have to be bought from man in a white coat in a pharmacy! Sometimes it can grow in your own backyard, or in my case, my parents backyard!
Carry on! :)

Hi, after being diagnosed with severe anemia, iether from very very heavy periods and gluten intolerence problems, i walked into a health food shop freely and stared at the herbs on the wall there. just instinctively i chose aniseed star, cloves, and a pack of what looked like something you would roll and smoke- but not, ,,,Raspberry leaf tea. i didnt actually us it till i got my peiod a week later and i just felt like a cosy cup of something herbal. my period was all systems go,,, Victora Falls in full swing, i brewed a cup,,, the next few hours,,, my period was much much lighter and managable and was cut short. i was shocked,,,and i had more energy from not bleeding as much. i went on the internet and did some googling and discovered that it is an ancient remedy for menstrual bleeding, pregnancy fertility, and some say an aphrodesiac too. Whatever the case, it will put the doctors surgery out of business and send the womens pills section at the chemist shop broke,,,,,all from one plant.
